We’re a week into the clips4sale “120%” commission incentive… it’s LoyalFans 100% day… ManyVids launches another contest… and iWantClips are probably doing something.
And these incentives, tags, themes, initiaves, games, well…
Of course. It’s always nice to get extra in pay-packets. But wouldn’t it be even nicer if there was proper uplift without hoop jumping?
There’s a lot I get, and a lot of pros and cons of some of these.
First off, what the sites want is you promoting them. You giving them traffic. You turning them into a brand people trust.
But the most precious thing you can give them is still… content.
You know when you’re at a club or party and someone catches your eye? You think, “Wow, they look amazing”, but then for any one of a million reasons you end up leaving having not said anything?
Well. That happens to me all the time.
But sometimes you end up following each other on Twitter and throw your hat in the ring when you see they’re looking at getting into filming and… boom… first film day of 2022.
Tweets not going out? Categories disappearing? Words now vanishing and being replaced?
What is going on at Clips4Sale? And when is it getting resolved?
I’d been considering in doing an industry-news section of the blog and this seems to be a very appropriate time, with some chaos at clips4sale affecting buyers and sellers alike.
Firstly people noticed their sales and ‘new clip’ tweets were not going out. Some spotted the c4supdates twitter was marked as suspended.
More and more people are looking into opening their own clip store, or are considering the benefits of being on multiple.
It’s very easy to get carried away and a lot of pros and cons I want to look at in this guide.
Now it might be at this point, for whatever reason, you decide not to proceed in opening a clip store. Some people love filming. Some find it lacks the rhythm of a session.
But, if you continue – then I recommend opening a clip store on just one platform. But if you are on one platform already and are looking at branching out and opening a clip store on others.
Every now and then people gain concerns about one platform or another for whatever reason. Many are currently considering leaving OnlyFans.
Whether it is about their liquidity, the ability to pay the performers their sales.
Or that there’s such a hop scotch of Terms of Use they may fall foul and be kicked off the platform.
They might even be knowingly breaking the rules – whether it’s by trying to sidestep banned words (ie p0ppers) and you’re not permitted to advertise meets on OnlyFans (and, technically if you offer sessions at all you’d be at risk of falling foul)
But it often comes back that migrating platforms is so much work, they may not have the time. The mere thought is exhausting. Or worries that fans will follow them.
How to get 82.5% Commission from Clips4Sale.
I’m going to make a drastic change from my usual writing and produce an actual guide… this one being to making more money.
There’s a lot going on in the world of clips at the moment.
I know that many people and producers rely on clip income – either as a main or passive source of income.
